The hotel was a wonderful surprise with lovely, clean, and comfy rooms even though it's on a busy street. The service was fantastic, from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant. The location is ideal for exploring the downtown core with ease. The dining experience was satisfying with a mix of western and Asian cuisines. A great value for the money overall.

My stay at O'Gallery was truly memorable. The rooms were great, albeit slightly dimly lit if you don't have windows, but that wasn't a real issue. The service was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central, and the exceptional personal care made my stay unforgettable. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the rooms could be a bit brighter.
